I always get an odd feeling when I go to a Mexican restaurant and the person taking my order asks, "How do you want your eggs cooked?" Why? Because I just ordered "Huevos Rancheros" . Huevos Rancheros are cooked overeasy. ALWAYS. that's part of what makes them huevos Rancheros... The barbacoa taco was on point though! I didn't have to add salt or even salsa. I'll come back for the barbacoa for sure.
